First thing to do is forget AI.
It’s, it’s like the new gold rush.
I’ll tell you what not to do.
If you are a business who want to benefit from AI,
the most important skill for you is,
first thing to do is forget AI.
Look at your business.
What are the problems?
Find the list of problems.
List them top to down.
Then take the biggest problem
and break it little bit more.
Then either research yourself.
By the way, you could start researching yourself
by talking to AI or something
to figure out,
I have this problem, what are the possible solutions,
or talk to a AI partner like us and say,
we have these problems, what problems can you help with.
So instead of feeling left out because of AIS,
focus on your business more and say,
just think of this way.
Now there is possibly,
not guaranteed, possibly,
there is a magic wand
which will solve some of your problems.
Possibly.
So let’s find your wishes.
You know, when you run into that genie
who gives you wishes,
the most important skill
is knowing what to wish for.
If you are a business who want to benefit from AI,
the most important skill for you
is to figure out what your business needs,
not knowing what AI can do.
People are focusing too much
and worried too much.
I’m going to left out.
I don’t understand AI.
I don’t understand.
Everybody’s doing this.
I’m too late now.
I’m too old to learn this stuff.
I want to retire.
I want to get out.
No.
It’s a business.
You know your business
better than anybody
any AI person will ever know.
Figure out what is the problem in your business
and then then go to AI, right?
I’ll tell you what not to do.
Don’t go to AI course
which suddenly will make you expert on AI.
There’s too much there.
Unless you are going to be the practitioner of AI,
why would you do even start with a course?
And all good courses,
all good courses
are long months of work and free.
You want to learn about AI,
do MIT courses with AI.
You want to become a practitioner?
No.
You want to run your business, right?
So imagine the people who are doing this
15 day course and whatever they’re doing.
They just kind of simplify everything
and just give you the high level stuff
and just kind of move on.
Right.
Right.
All the AI consultants because
most of the AI consultants,
most of the AI consultants
don’t have a single technical bone in their body.
It’s, it’s like the new gold rush, right?
I’ll ask uh some of the consultants
when you run into them.
How many AI models are you running on your laptop?
How many, how many programs have you actually launched
which are making money for you
or your customer with actually AI?
Right?
Because they’re basically,
they’re taking Zapier and plugging it
and doing automation with NA10,
and suddenly it’s like,
it’s like website rush.
Anybody can build a website.
There are so many tools
to allow to make websites.
The same way you can,
there are so many tools
which will automate AI for you.
Right?
And yes, they will give you what you want.
They will give you that small little piece of it
without actually solving anything.
Right?
But think about your business
and don’t get worried.
Yes, you can.
There are some influencers,
and I’m trying to be one of those.
I want to keep my education level high,
business ideas only,
not overwhelm you with the AI stuff.
Right?
I mean, if I give you a,
and we will probably will,
a list with 100 prompts
to do nano banana as a business owner,
it’s useless.
It’s good for a graphic designer.
Right?
Right.
Here is the 10 ways to do videos.
Yeah.
It’s not that great for a business owner.
Right?
So, those are the ones
who become influencers
and people are just rushing through
and doing stuff.
Right?
Instead, you need to know, like,
things like models don’t matter.
Don’t worry about the model.
Don’t, you know,
fret over which model they ended up using.
Is that solving the problem
you’re trying to do,
business problem,
and how, how much cost will be,
what will be your ROI.
Right?
And ROI is not simple calculation.
